Notice is hereby given that the Boone County Commissioners will meet on Monday, August 11th, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the Boone County Courthouse located at 222 South 4th Street in Albion, Nebraska. This public hearing is to discuss, consider, review, and take the necessary action on a conditional use permit submitted by Patrick Erwin with Skyward Landing Services to build a new cell tower. The parcel of land is located on Section 30, Township 20 North, Range 6 West of the 6th P.M. of Boone County, Nebraska and is owned by Timothy and Amy Shanle.  The agenda is available and kept current for inspection in the office of the Boone County Clerk.
