PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of State statute 77-1632, that the Boone County Board of Commissioners will hold the Special Hearing to Set the Final Tax Request on September 15, 2025 in the Boone County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room in Albion, Nebraska for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions, or observations of taxpayers relating to setting the final tax request. Said Special Hearing will meet on the 15th of September, 2025 at 8:30 A.M. and continue until all attendee testimony has concluded. Agenda is current and available in the Clerk’s Office.
