Notice is hereby given that the Boone County Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the Boone County Courthouse located at 222 South 4th Street in Albion, Nebraska. This public hearing to discuss, consider, review, and take the necessary action on a conditional use permit submitted by Casondra and Shawn Anderson to build a house on 5.78 ± acres of land. The tract of land is in the Northeast (NE ¼) of Section 27, Township 22, Range 6 West of the 6 P.M. of Boone County, Nebraska and is owned by Dale and Veronica Olnes. The agenda is available and kept current for inspection in the office of the Boone County Clerk.
