This public hearing is to discuss, consider, review, and take the necessary action regarding a conditional use permit submitted by Tom Schuele to split off 8.38 ± acres of land with an existing house. The tract of land is in the SE 1/4 of section 30 and part of the SW 1/4 of section 29, township 18 north, range 7 west of the 6th p.m., Boone County, Nebraska.
