Due to publication error the CO2 pipeline regulation hearing has been rescheduled from July 13th to July 29th.

Notice is hereby given that the Boone County Commissioners will meet on Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Boone County Courthouse located at 222 South 4th Street in Albion, Nebraska. This public hearing is to discuss, consider, review, and take the necessary action to amend the Boone County Zoning regulation regarding CO2 pipeline regulations. The agenda is available and kept current for inspection in the office of the Boone County Clerk.
