Public notice is hereby given that the board of commissioners of Boone County, Nebraska, shall hold a public hearing on the 10th day of August 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in the Boone County Courthouse located at 222 South 4th Street in Albion, Nebraska. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear testimony in favor of, or opposition to, and to answer questions in relation to the proposed closing or vacation of a portion of a county road commonly known as 330th avenue between 150th Street and 160th Street; between Sections 35 and 36, all in Township 22, Range 5 West of the 6th P.M.
