This public hearing is to discuss, consider, review, and take the necessary action regarding a conditional use permit submitted by David Weidner to split 5.08 acres of land to build a new house. The tract of land is located in the NW 1/4 of section 9, township 19, range 6W of the 6th pm. Boone County, Nebraska.
