NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Boone County Commissioners will have a public hearing on Monday June 8th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Boone County Courthouse located at 222 South 4th Street in Albion, Nebraska. This public hearing is to discuss, consider, review, and take the necessary action to amend the Boone County Nebraska Zoning regulations regarding Article 23: Floodplain overlay district. The agenda is available and kept current for inspection in the office of the Boone County Clerk.
