Notice of Public Hearing

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of State Statutes 13-501 to 13-513 that the Boone County Board of Commissioners will a Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions, or observations of taxpayers relating to the county budget. Said Public Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. on September 14, 2026 and continue until all attendee testimony has concluded. Agenda is current and available in the Clerk’s Office.

Notice of Public Meeting

Boone County Board of Commissioners will meet in the Boone County Courthouse in the Commissioners room in Albion, Nebraska on September 14, 2026. This meeting will commence immediately upon adjournment of the preceding budget hearing, which will begin at 8:30 A.M. on September 14, 2026, and continue until all attendee testimony has concluded. The agenda, continually kept current, is available for public inspection in the Boone County Clerk’s office.
