NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Boone County Board of Equalization will meet in the Boone County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room in Albion, Nebraska on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 9:15 A.M. for a public meeting to set the 2025 tax year levies.  The county board of equalization shall each year, on or before October 20, levy the necessary taxes for the current year if within the limit of the law.  The levy shall include an amount for operation of all functions of county government and shall also include all levies necessary to fund tax requests certified and authorized under statutory levy limits.  Agenda is current and available in the County Clerk’s Office.
