Notice is hereby given that the Boone County Planning Commission will have a public hearing on Monday June 22nd, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Boone County Courthouse located at 222 South 4th Street in Albion, Nebraska. This public hearing is to discuss, consider, review, and take the necessary action to amend the Boone County Zoning regulation regarding CO2 pipeline regulations.
