NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

BOONE COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION

The Boone County Board of Equalization will meet for a public meeting on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.  This meeting is to be held in the County Commissioners Meeting Room, Boone County Courthouse in Albion, Nebraska.  The Boone County Board of Commissioners will convene as the Boone County Board of Equalization from June 8, 2026 through July 24, 2026.  Persons protesting property valuation bear the burden of proof and may be required to provide evidence as to their claim.  Notice of this meeting was given in advance by publication.  The agenda is available and kept current for inspection in the office of the Boone County Clerk.
